By accessing or using the SinzAI platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SinzAI provides a runtime governance layer for enterprise AI agents — including agent detection, data mapping, policy governance, compliance crosswalk generation, audit ledgers, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute malware or other harmful code.
The Service and all related software, documentation, trademarks, and content are owned by SinzAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and configurations within the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SinzAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SinzAI will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to security incidents. We will provide advance notice where feasible.
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
